8 ounces cream cheese
5 ounces blue cheese crumbles
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (if you wish)
¼ cup green onion (if you wish)
- Combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well.
- Shape the cheese into a ball and then wrap it tightly with cling wrap.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve, up to 3 days.
- When ready to serve, unwrap the cheese ball and roll in chopped pecans and parsley until coated. Serve with crackers.
